Donor Tracking in Little Green Light (LGL)

We use LGL to track all donor and sponsor interactions. This ensures we’re organized, not duplicating efforts, and properly thanking supporters.

What to Do in LGL
  • Search first – Don’t create duplicates
  • Add new contacts only if they’re not already in the system
  • Log outreach – Record calls, emails, or meetings under “Contact Reports”
  • Use Tags – Under “Categories” section, use tagging functions
  • Enter gifts/pledges – If a donation is made or promised
