Donate by Check through the NoCo HBA Enterprise Zone and SAVE an Additional 25% on Your Taxes
BUILT NoCO is part of an Enterprise Zone. This allows you to support construction courses in local schools while receiving a substantial benefit: 25% above and beyond the existing charitable tax deductions through the state of Colorado and the federal government. This applies to all taxpayers, whether you itemize or not. The minimum donation to CICC that can be made through the Enterprise Zone is $250 per year.
Enterprise Zone donations must be made by check only – no credit cards.

After Processing
The Enterprise Zone Administrator will mail you the Colorado tax credit certificate for use in filing your Colorado income tax return.
